Hi all,

I am hoping someone can help me here. 

My Moms laptop had mega issues so had to format the hard drive and do a fresh install of win 7 pro 64 bit and since doing it i have the following hardware driver issues. Unfortunately she does not have any of the original discs that came with the notebook. it is ten yeas old and although a newer one would make more sense she is old and win 10 would blow her away.

she likes what she knows and wont entertain a new one. she really only uses for it for email family and photos.

Network controller, Ethernet controller & pci device

I have tried without success to find right drivers for these.

Ethernet controller last value is PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136&SUBSYS_3577103C&REV_05

Network controller last value is PCI\VEN_18114&DEV_5390&SUBSYS_1636103C&REV_00

Pci device last value is PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5209&SUBSYS_3577103C&REV_01

I would really appreciate some help in finding these as this covid lockdown is not nice for her not seeing people and does need her laptop back asap.

Ethernet controller:

This package provides the driver for the Realtek Ethernet Controller in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Network controller:

This package contains the driver installation package for the Ralink wireless LAN Controllers in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Pci device:

This package contains the driver that enables the Realtek Card Reader in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The card reader enables users to read from or write to supported removable storage cards, which are typically used in digital cameras, digital music players, and cellular phones.
