Hello,

 

we have many new  HP E34m G4 WQHD USB-C Curved-Monitors

and we are facing a lot of Network issues with Elitebooks connectecd to this Monitors via USB C.

 

All firmware updates on Laptops or Monitors are not solving the issues.

We usind also the HP Image assistant to update 

Are there known issues with this Monitors ?

We have the same issue.  Network drops when using teams.

 

Deployed 170 in total so hope a solution will be presented soon.

Hello we have the same issue. There is an updated driver for this issue but it does not work for Windows 11 devices

 We work with HP Elitebook laptops (windows10 enterprise version 22H2 64bit) and recently replaced all our screens and docking stations for 170 HP E34m G4 WQHD USB-C Curved-Monitors. Since then, users have been suffering that in a Teams call the connection drops out. We have tried all kinds of things is there anyone with a solution?
