Try resetting the main router/modem at your work that is not showing up. if that fails then you need to find out the name of your router/modem.  Once you figure that out you can then go to http://www.techspot.com/guides/287-default-router-ip-addresses/.  After this type in the correct numbers matching the brand name of your router/modem in your web browser.  This will bring up a settings page for your modem/router.  Look for an option called 2.4 ghz or 5.0 ghz, make sure to enable both.  After doing this your network should show up again.

Make sure your router supports wireless N settings also.  If not check to see what setting the router is running on n g or b, and if their is an option to switch to N, and vice versa on your wifi card.

Do this first try resetting the router and modem.  Unplug both for 30 seconds to a minute from the wall then replug them back in.
