HP EliteBook Revolve 810 G2 Tablet

Hi, HP Team, I'm getting problems with this computer because the Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting by itself and when tried to download a 4gb iso it downloads at 4.0 MB per second, and it slow down, and it stop. And says "Network issue" even though the Wi-Fi is fine. And when I get closer to the router it still at 4.0 MB and it still says, "Network Issue". And I update the network drivers and reset it and it still doing it. Can you give any suggestions or ideas thanks! 😊

Try the W10 Intel Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers from my google drive folder:

These were the last ones ever released by Intel.

Sorry that the drivers didn't help any.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to either use a USB dual band Wi-Fi adapter or replace the internal Intel M.2 Wi-Fi card with a newer model that has support for W11.

The service manual indicates your notebook has this Intel Wi-Fi card part number -- 710663-001, which is a M.2 form factor card.

Here's a picture of what your notebook's Wi-Fi card looks like:

While I cannot guarantee it will work, I would try installing this model card and if it does work, it should work much better.

Chapter 5 has the Wi-Fi card removal and replacement procedure:

The antenna wires are very thin and delicate so use extreme caution when removing and replacing the antenna wires.

This video may be of help for how to remove and replace a typical M.2 Wi-Fi adapter:
