Hi

im having a problem with my printer. I currently got my laptop serviced. But now my printer won't reconnect to it and keeps asking for a network sercurity key. Both my laptop and printer are connected to the same wifi and both are on and working. I have put in the wifi network key but it won't register. Is there a separate network key for the printer. And if so where do I find it

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Print the network configuration report and check for the network password there: 1. From the printer control panel, touch ( Wireless ), and then touch ( Settings ). 2. Touch Print Reports. and then touch Network Configuration Page
