I have a ZBook Power 15.6 G10 Mobile and I am using a G5 Dock.
When connected via USB-C / Thunderbolt to Dock Ethernet download speed < 10Mbps upload speed <38 Mbps.
G5 Dock firmware flashed to latest version.
Laptop Bios firmware updated.
Realtek Ethernet driver updated
Intel Ethernet driver updated
Swapped with another G5 Dock. Swapped network cable with another drop.
No change. If connected direct to Ethernet port on side of laptop (Intel 210 Ethernet) it is a little better
Download: <39Mbps Upload ❤️ Mbps.
Is it worth my while to get the G4 280W Dock for use with ZBook laptop?

Please check with your ISP. Normally the upload speed is always slower than the download speed. My contract with my ISP is 50/20 and I've got 51.13 / 18.60
Very close to my contract.
Regards.
