Hp Spectre 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a new HP Spectre 360 laptop and it keeps dropping my wireless internet. All our other devices work fine, so I know it's not an internet problem. It is dropping the internet every 2-5 minutes.

Hi,

Try completly updating the notebook and see if it helps. Most likely updating the wifi driver will fix the problem.

You can follow this guide or let us know the exact model of the Spectre (Model number)

Thank you so much! I'm currently updating to the newest version of Windows and will see if that resolves the problem.

Thank you again for the suggestion! Updating to the newest version of Windows seems to have done the trick. It never occurred to me to check that since the computer is brand new. 🙂
