I have purchased an HP Laptop 15 (EOSVJ8IF) with (Windows 11 operating system) along with an HP 410 Bluetooth mouse (product Code 5396845) and am having to constantly  reconnect (generally unsuccessfully) and "Add a device" to the Laptop.

 

Mouse batteries are new
