Laptop is a brand new ENVY x360 w/Windows 11. Printer is a LJ Pro MFP M281cdw. The PC can find the printer on the network, but for some reason can't connect to it. Two other PC's in our house can print to it, as can our phones.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I was able to solve this problem. One of the options presented for older printers was to add by IP address or printer Hostname. I didn't know the Hostname, but was able to get the IP address from the front panel Network menu. When I tried that, it didn't work, but then I noticed a new printer was shown on the available printer list. This turned out to be the Hostname. When I tried connecting to it I was successful and was able to print a test page. What a relief!
