Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

We have recently changed internet providers and now my HP Officejet 8620 will not print.  I've spent hours doing the "suggested" procedures without any success.  I've even uninstalled the printer.  HELP please

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.

Thank you so much for your help.  I know that it wasn't working after I updated my computer to Windows 11.  How would I go about checking as you suggested.
