Hi @hellobnaveen

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thanks for reaching out—and I’m really sorry your brand-new HP 14-ep0000 laptop is giving you such a headache with Wi-Fi drops.

That’s incredibly frustrating, especially when it interrupts your work or browsing every few minutes. Let’s simplify things and focus on the most effective fix.

Try This One Simple Technique First

Disable Power Saving for Your Wi-Fi Adapter
Windows 11 sometimes turns off the Wi-Fi adapter to save power, which can cause frequent disconnects. Here’s how to disable that:

  1. Press Win + X and select Device Manager
  2. Expand Network adapters
  3. Right-click your Wi-Fi adapter (likely Realtek or Intel) and choose Properties
  4. Go to the Power Management tab
  5. Uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”
  6. Click OK, then restart your laptop

This change alone has helped many users stabilize their connection.

If that doesn’t solve it, I can guide you through assigning a static IP or updating your Wi-Fi drivers next. But let’s start simple and see if this power tweak does the trick 💪. Let me know how it goes!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
