Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

 

added a new router Spectrum 1D  HP kept me on the phone for 1hr 14 minutes and would not help in the end as the printer is out of warranty without me paying extra.   but is okay for them to take my money for HPink each month?  Welcome any help.
