Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 IDS Base Model

Hello, I have an HP Envyx360 and I am unable to install Intel ethernet adapter on my device. I tried to use USB tethering from my iphone and then the mess starts, I found that my device also does not have intel(r) 82567lf gigabit network connection and cannot install it as it shows error code 31 when i try to do so. There no separate ethernet menu in my Windows 11 setting under network and internet menu.
