Hey @saumyo

Thank you for joining in on the HP Support Forums and Welcome! This is a great place to ask questions, find solutions and get help from others in the community! I read your post on the HP Support Forums and I wanted to reach out to you. I understand that you are having an issue with virtual hotspot software on your HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-ab205tx.

Generally speaking, virtual hotspot software is not my area of expertise, does your WIFI work properly for you otherwise?

I am not sure if this will apply to you, but here is a document that may help: Troubleshooting Wireless Network and Internet (Windows 10)

Please let me know if I answered your question by clicking the 'Accept as Solution' button. This will allow other's who have the same issue to find the solution also. If you require assistance in the future with anything else, please just re-post on the HP Forums.

Have a great day!

Hey,

In my previous post, I had said that virtual hotspot software is not my area of expertise. If your Wifi is working for you aside from the hotspot, I would suggest contacting the third party software company for help with the hotspot set up. Hotspot set up is outside of my area of expertise.

If you would like to tell me what it is you are trying to use for software and I can see if I can find their contact information for you.
