I have bought a HP ProBook 450 G9 laptop and after installing Windows 11 I've discovered that I have no Wi-Fi options on it.

You probably need to install the Wi-Fi driver.

 

If you are stuck where you cannot finish setting up W11 because you have no internet connection, see this link for how to set up W11 using a local account, and then you can install the missing drivers you need from the notebook's support page.
