Ive installed ubuntu 18.04.4 lts. And ive this problem. How i can fix it?

This is a kernel bug with the current 5.3.40 kernel for 18.04.4 and 19.10. Ubuntu hasn't sent out a fix yet. To workaround the issue, when booting up, you can hit ESC to bring up the Grub menu and then select an older 5.3 kernel to boot with
