Product: HP Pavillion Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I installed windows 7 6 days ago. I have no WiFi. I went to Control panel and went to network connections. Nothings showing. I went to device manager and There is no network adapaters.

You have to install drivers yourself, it won't come automatically. Before we can help, we need to know what EXACTLY is your HP Pavillion Notebook ? Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

It is an Star Wars Special Edition 15-an050nr, its specs

Which came with   Windows 10 Home (64-bit), not Windows 7. And NO support drivers for Windows 7 for the whole series

But it has Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 802.11 ac 1x1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.2 combination WLAN adapter part #  806723-005

 

Please download and install (wifi and Bluetooth) 2 drivers:

Well, do you have a LAN cable you can connect to download ? If not do you have friends or relatives, ask them to download for you, copy to a flash drive (USB thumb drive) then install to your machine.
