I bought new HP ProBook 450 G5 I5 8th Gen, and install Ubuntu Ubuntu 18.04 LTS on it, and network menu does not show any option to connect to wifi, I google the issue and tried every possible solution, but no success at all.

Got exactly the same laptop and wifi is working out of the box with Ubuntu 16.04,17.10 and, 18.04
Boot on the Ubuntu USB-Live key again to see il wifi is working, if working re-install Ubuntu on your laptop.
Did you check Ubunu iso file after download with md5 key verification ?
"sudo lshw -C network" retun:

download the zip file from the given link and put it somewhere in your home directory and go to the extracted folder and open terminal at that folder location and write command . (`sudo ./install` ) after few seconds your driver should be installed.
