Product: HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-ab271sa (ENERGY STAR)
I have a HP Pavilion laptop but cannot get bluetooth to work.Approx 3 years ago everything was fine but since obtaining a speaker I now find that it will not pair.I have tried everything even through microsoft who told me to contact the manufacturer.Does anyone have answer.OR their telephone number?

What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook have?
You can find the model of the Wi-Fi adapter by going to the device manager, click to expand the Network adapters device manager category.
Perhaps there is an updated W10 Bluetooth driver for it.
