HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-fe0514na (849W0EA)

I have recently bought the above laptop.  It was end of line. I love it but one problem that I have with it is that if I connect a set of blue tooth headphone. Over ear, in ear, Sony or standard, they will initially connect but then disconnect after 5 minutes or so.  Then they keep reconnecting and disconnecting.

I'm not sure if it's safe to remove the blue tooth drivers or not.
