Product: HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0J5AV)

I turned my laptop on this morning and there was no internet. The only icon is the airplane icon. I have troubleshot it and it says that I need to connect the ethernet cable to my computer. I tried this but nothing. My phone and other laptop both can connect but this one doesn't. How do I fix this? I dont know why it all of a sudden stopped. I have tried everything. Not sure what to do now. TIA
