No se instalaron los drivers

Tengo una notebook hp probook 4540s. Entre los dispositivos no instalados me aparece el pci 00 y 02. Trato de instalar los drivers y me dice que ya están instalados. Lo otro sería que el cargador solo me carga hasta 30% y la batería es nueva.
