I am trying to reinstall Windows 11 on my laptop. This is a fresh install with newly created partitions. When the Windows 11 installation reaches the stage where a network should be selected, no wifi networks show up. Neither mine or any others. Usually, about ~20 different wifi-networks show up (all close by networks such as neighbours' wifi).
All my other computers and gadgets find my own network. I even tried to connect my phone as a hotspot with an USB cable and still don't see any networks during install.
Is my computer defective or are there some tricks I can try?

Hi:
It may be possible that the Wi-Fi driver is missing.
Watch this video for how to continue setting up your PC without having to connect to a network.

If the Wi-Fi driver is missing, you can install it after you get into W11 from your notebook's support page.

Thank you Paul for answering. You were definitely on the right track, installing Windows 11 without an internet connection and installing the network drivers afterward was the way to go.
However, I need to point out that the video you linked seems to be a bit outdated. Besides killing the process "Network Connection Flow" you need to make an additional step. This is something that Microsoft has introduced in Win11 installers since version 22H2 release.
