I have been trying to connect to wifi repeatedly, and have had no success. I have tried going to wifi settings, and turning on 'wireless devices', it then loads for a little bit, and turns off. Welcome to HP Support Forum. Your machine should have Windows 10 Home (64 bit). Did you downgrade ot to Windows 10 32 bit ?

 

Please try to download and inslall

 

    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp87501-88000/sp87554.exe
