Product: HP 1000-1106TU Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I upgraded from WIN7 to WIN10. From then I am not able to connect any Bluetooth audio devices to this laptop. Please help !. I have downloaded the drivers and installed it. I am ready to uninstall the driver and install it from scratch to fix this issue. When I try add Bluetooth devices, it just searches forever but doesn't show any available device.

Your machine has Qualcomm adapter. It clearly says: You need to allow your device is DISCOVERABLE.

The Bluetooth is turned ON and it is made discoverable before searching for other devices. The issue is - it do not fetch any of the nearby available devices. It keeps searching till I close that window.
