Hello HP Services!!

I have gotten my motherboard replaced by the service center, and upon receiving it, I have noticed being unable to use any kind of wireless service, such as WIFI, Bluetooth or Airplane mode and also not being able to open many files, such as photos and videos or apps by showing ""The storage device is or might be disconnected" this kind of error. 

 

I haven't being able to use the laptop for any basic task, as there's no internet connection and no application is opening.

But I have been able to access downloaded videos on Media player legacy and photos on Google Chrome.

Please answer my above question.
