Hi, I have a HP laptop, product number is 14-ck2018TU and Operating system : Microsoft Windows 10( 64-bit)
I am facing WIFI 5 Ghz issue.
My laptop is not showing 5 Ghz WIFI networks, it is not issue of network, I have another device which is connecting 5 Ghz WIFI.
Kindly let me know , Does my model come with a 5ghz WIFI ? if yes, how can i connect 5 Ghz WIFI connection.

Below is the link to the parts list for your notebook.
According to the parts list, it comes with a Realtek RTL8723DE Wi-Fi adapter, which is only a single band adapter that works on the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band.
That is why it cannot connect to any 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi networks.
