Hi @Sheehanj,
When an HP Stream doesn't show Wi-Fi at all, it's usually airplane mode, a disabled adapter, or a missing wireless driver.
- Check that Airplane mode is off (Action Center or Settings > Network & internet) and press the airplane/wireless key (often F12) once.
- Open Device Manager > Network adapters. If the Wi-Fi adapter has a down arrow, right-click > Enable; if it has a yellow mark, right-click > Uninstall device and restart.
- If no Wi-Fi adapter is listed, install the WLAN driver from your model's page at support.hp.com > Software and Drivers (download it on another PC and copy it via USB).
- Run Settings > Network & internet > Advanced network settings > Network reset, then restart.
- If the adapter still doesn't appear, run HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (F2 at startup) and contact HP with the result: https://support.hp.com/contact-hp
