HP Stream Notebook 11

My notebook is picking up other WiFi networks around me (I.e. neighbors and my phone hotspot) but it will not find my home WiFi. I have tried resetting my router but it doesn’t fix the issue. My WiFi is working with all my other home devices. Looking for a way to fix this. Thanks!!

Probably it ONLY supports 2.4GHz networks and your home network use 5.0GHz. Very simple fix: to allow your home router/modem to broadcast BOTH (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz. Your machine will see 2.4GHz immediately.

Regards.
