  • I tried to use my HP laptop without WiFi today and it asked to be signed into WiFi. Can I use my laptop without WiFi?

Yes, it can be used without internet but if you have an application that required an authenticator then you will need a second device to confirm you who are.  This can apply to windows login itself.
