Hi,
I am using the Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265. These few days I was experiencing very frequent disconnecting from the network, it always says "no connections are available" and I could not join any wifi. When I go to the device manager, the "Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265" disappeared under network adapters. I tried ways like reinstalling the software and driver but it does not work. Seems like random that the internet suddenly works again and then disconnected a few moments later. Any suggestions that I can fix it?

Hi, Denis:
The only easy suggestion I can offer is to update the wifi driver to the latest version, and see if that fixes the problem.
Manually install the IT admin version of the driver as follows...
This is how I always update my Intel wifi adapter drivers...
Download the W10 x64 zip file. 1st one on the top left.
Unzip the file to its folder.
Go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category.
Click on the Intel 7265 wifi adapter.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver. Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the unzipped wifi driver folder.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and if there is a newer driver available, it will install.
If that doesn't help, then it's possible that one of the two antenna cables has gotten disconnected (or never was connected) from the wifi card.
You'd have to take the PC apart to find out if that happened.
...And it can happen as you can see from this discussion below...

Hi Paul,
I tried your suggestion and it works for just a while...my driver has been updated but randomly it just "disconnected" from the computer, there is no longer my wifi driver under the network adapters tab, and again "no network connections are available". Is there a way to fix it or do I need to get my hardware fixed?

Sorry that updating the driver didn't work.
You may have to replace the wifi card if the card is disappearing and reappearing in the device manager.
If you haven't opened up the notebook yet, it just might be a disconnected antenna cable.
It could be worse though. I have heard of instances where the antenna cable gets frayed or broken near the hinges, due to opening and closing the notebook's lid many times.
Hopefully, it isn't that.

If this still cannot solve the problem I will probably get the hardware fixed a few days later.

Hi:
I am not a PC repair tech by trade or training, so I can only rely on what I have read or what I have experimented with.
Clearly there is a driver issue and, if it were me having this problem, now having installed the latest wifi driver to no avail, the next thing I would do is back up my files and clean install W10 from scratch.
Then install the latest wifi driver I posted.
Here's how to clean install W10...
You can make a W10 USB flash drive installer with the Microsoft Media Creation Tool, using an 8 GB flash drive using another Windows PC, if your PC is not working.

If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
Here are the steps to create the W10 USB flash drive installer...
Select Download tool now, and select Run.If you agree to the license terms, select Accept.
On the What do you want to do? page, select Create installation media for another PC, and then select Next.
Select the language, edition, and architecture (64-bit or 32-bit) for Windows 10. You want 64 bit.
Select which media you want to use:
USB flash drive. Plug in a blank USB flash drive with at least 8GB of space. Any content on the flash drive will be deleted.
After W10 installs, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
If a clean install of W10 doesn't resolve the issue, then I would know there is a hardware issue of some kind.
