HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-fd0000 (70Q98AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Over the past 2 months my wife and my identical laptops, bought one month apart and in the same physical condition started to exibit the same unstable wifi internet, with frequent momentary disconnections, and severely reduced network speeds. I have tried everything in the book to remedy. I have unistalled and reinstalled drivers ad nauseam. Both started acting up at the same time. Internet provider confirms the issue is not on their end. The router is new. We have had to buy and use usb hubs and external network adaptors just to have functioning internet. Not something that should be happening on laptops that are only 2 years old. I did like HP very much until now.

If your notebook has a Realtek Wi-Fi adapter, the only suggestion I can offer would be to try the latest Wi-Fi adapter released to HP in late August if you have not done so already:

Thank you. I believe that that was the driver I already had, but I installed it anyway. We will see how it goes. I had continually used HP support assistant to update drivers. I do beiieve that it is a driver issue, we will see how it works in the future. Thanks
