N° du produit 2EP77EA, bonjour, mon pc portable est complètement bloqué, la souris et le clavier ne servent à rien, je n'ai donc accès à rien, je l'ai arrêté, j'ai redémarré, j'ai changé les piles de la souris .... à part changer d'ordinateur, avez vous une idée de ce fléau ...  Merci toute aide me sera vraiment utile. bonne nuit et prenez bien soin de vous.

Bonjour, le problème, c'était le clic droit et gauche de ma souris qui ne fonctionnaient plus, solution : changer la souris, pour certains c'était évident, moi j'ai mis un certain temps à comprendre. Merci et bon week-end
