Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't get my PC to open any web pages. When I run the troubleshooting pro gram it gives me  website(www.microsoft.com) is online but isn't responding to connection attempts.

Have you tried using other browsers? Currently which Browser are you using?

 

If you try going to www.hp.com, may I know which error you get?

 

Do you have other devices that are connected to your Network?
