Hi:
You need this driver for the PCi Simple Communications Controller:
This package provides the Intel Management Engine Components Driver for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp79001-79500/sp79059.exe
Regarding the Bluetooth...the specs for your notebook indicate that it does have Bluetooth.
Did you ever have W7 installed on your notebook previously and upgraded to W10?
Some folks use the HP connection manager software in W7 to turn the BT on and off.
That software does not work on W10, so if the Bluetooth was turned off during the upgrade, it remains off permanently.
If you only had W8 or newer on the PC, then most likely the Bluetooth radio on the wifi card has failed.

I found the bluetooth driver. It was intel bluetooth driver not broadcom. I dont know why hp put broadcom bluetooth driver in the driver download page of my model but no intel bluetooth driver. I copy up the hardware id of the unknown device shown in the screen shot and paste in the google then it shows intel bluetooth driver. I downloaded it and now my bluetooth works fine. In this way I found the bluetooth driver.
