Thank you for replying,
I'm not denying your claim that an issue as such has occurred after a tech worked on your PC, but disabling an internal speaker has nothing to do with pairing a Bluetooth device to your PC, that said, if you think that's the only reason your device is not connecting, I recommend a system restore to an earlier date and time it had been working.
