Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a persistent issue regarding the Bluetooth functionality on my HP ProBook 640 G3, which I have been unable to resolve despite multiple attempts.
Details of the Issue:
- Model: HP ProBook 640 G3
- Wireless Adapter: Intel 8265NGW
- Problem Description: The Bluetooth functionality is not working. The device manager does not show any Bluetooth driver, and despite downloading and installing the appropriate Intel driver from the HP support site, the issue persists.
Steps Taken to Resolve the Issue:
1. Troubleshooting: It says, 'Device does not have Bluetooth'.
2. Checked Device Manager: No Bluetooth device is listed.
2. Installed Latest Intel Bluetooth Driver: No change in the situation.
3. Replaced Wireless Adapter: The same issue continues.
4. Verified BIOS Settings: There are no Bluetooth related settings.
5. Updated BIOS and Windows: No improvement.
6. Attempted to Manually Add Bluetooth Device: Unsuccessful.
7. Checked Services: Bluetooth Support Service is running.
8. Installed Chipset Drivers: Issue remains unresolved.
9. Tried Different Intel Bluetooth Drivers: No success.
I have spent considerable time and effort trying to troubleshoot and fix this problem, all to no avail. This has caused significant inconvenience, as Bluetooth functionality is crucial for my daily work operations.
I am seeking your immediate assistance in resolving this matter. I request either a comprehensive troubleshooting solution or, if necessary, an arrangement for repair or replacement of the defective component.
I look forward to a prompt response and a swift resolution to this issue.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Yours sincerely,
ALTHAF
