I have a HP 300 dual mouse. The bluetooth of the mouse has stopped working.. So i was trying to claim the warranty , but i am unable to do so as I can't register my mouse at all. when i type the SN from the bottom of the mouse i get this message-"Please enter a valid serial number".
What do i do?

I see that there is an issue with the Bluetooth mouse and may need replacement.
This issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
