Thank you, but my problem is that my bluetooth is not appearing on my laptop task bar when I click one of the icon on the bottom left, even when go to device manage it doesn't appear so I thought maybe is driver problem 🤔

Unfortunately, that seems to happen pretty often on some notebooks with certain model Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapters.

 

What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook come with?

 

if you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

This was the last W10 Bluetooth driver HP released for the Broadcom Wi-Fi card your notebook has.

 

Broadcom Bluetooth Driver

 

12.0.1.921

If that driver doesn't get the BT to show up, you will probably have to use a USB Bluetooth adapter, unless you want to take the notebook apart to upgrade the wifi card.
