Hi:

Since your notebook has an AMD processor, an Intel card won't work.

You should be able to use either one of these cards not listed in the service manual in your notebook:

Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo                           HP part # 724935-001

Broadcom BCM943228HMB 802.11 a/b/g/n 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo   HP part # 730668-001

Chapter 3 of the service manual has the list of officially supported Wi-Fi cards.

Hi:

The two model Broadcom cards I posted for you are both dual band cards and the only ones that will work in your notebook.

The link to the service manual works fine for me and all of the Wi-Fi cards listed in the manual only work on the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band.
