Ever since I upgraded to windows 11 the wifi connectivity on my laptop has been very poor in places that It used to be great. This happens on my network at work as well as at home, and is exclusive to this laptop. All of my other devices are still connecting as they always have. i only get 1 "bar" of signal even with the laptop sitting right next to the router Maybe the upgrade is unrelated, but it seems like an odd coincidence. I have installed updates and the system says the driver is up to date. Is there a fix for this?

Hi:
The specs for your notebook indicate that it comes with a Realtek RTL8821CE wifi adapter.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the latest W11 wifi driver that HP has for that model wifi adapter...

Well, this problem seems to have corrected itself. Yesterday my wifi reception, both at work and home, was back to what it had been in the past. I made no changes, and it doesn't appear any updates have occurred. Glad that it is functioning properly, but would still be interested to know why it happened if anyone has ideas.
