Product: HP 14-cf2000 Laptop PC (43H05AV)

Poseo una portátil HP 14-cf200 con sistema operativo Windows 11, hace dos días los puertos usb dejaron de funcionar, no reconoce dispositivos usb ni la impresora, siguen suministrando energía, ya he probado actualizar los drivers, desactivar lo opción de desconexión selectiva y otros procedimientos más, aun así siguen sin funcionar los puertos usb. Necesito ayuda para solucionar ese tema, en el administrador de discos tampoco aparece nada cuando se conecta una unidad usb
