Pavilion Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I purchased and install a new Netgear Wifi Cable Modem Router (C6300).  The all devices (laptop, printer, phones, tvs) will connect to the network.  However, the printer and the laptop will not communicate anymore (I can print from my phone).  Netgears customer support says it is an adapter settings issue and I need to contact HP for a new updated adapter settings.  Any insight on how I can rectify this issue?

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please use the following instructions to fix:

   http://www8.hp.com/au/en/campaigns/wireless-printing-center/reconfiguring-system-help3.html

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.

Regards.
