Printer problems. I have run through all of the online suggestions and still can’t put my new print

HP Recommended
Office Jet 5200

I have my envy 5200 hooked to my network and have no problem there but I only get the office jet to come up as a new server not as a new device. 
I have tried all the pre-canned suggestions. I need some help!!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you trying to print from a mobile device or from a computer?
  • What's the operating system installed?  
  • What seems to be the exact issue with your HP Product today?  Are you trying to set up new printer on your device?
