Product: OfficeJet Pro 7740
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I can print to my OfficeJet Pro 7740 just fine from my iPhone and iPad but nothing from my MacBook. Wife has the same issue from her MacBook. It says the printer is not connected to the network. This has been going on for quite a while and nothing seems to fix it. Ideas?

Hello @Lounsbud .
Download the driver for MAC compatible hp printers, so click on the link below to start the download:
https://updates.cdn-apple.com/2020/macos/001-41745-20201210-DBC9B46B-88B2-4032-87D9-449AF1D20804/Hew...
Computer-System preferences-Printers and scanners: click on the + sign, click on the printer under the name, select other software under Use, search for Hp Officejet series and add it.
