Good afternoon. I purchased an ax211 wireless adapter, installed it on my laptop and does not recognize it anywhere. There is support in the processor, there is a driver on the website. Maybe the adapter is faulty? How can I check?

Hi:

There's probably nothing wrong with the card.

You can only install the Intel 211AX CNVi Wi-Fi card in your notebook if your notebook originally came with an Intel AX211 from the factory.

Even if it came with an Intel AX201, you can't install an Intel AX211.

Chapter 3 of the service manual doesn't even show that any Intel CNVi cards were offered in the model series.

If you want to install a Wi-Fi 6E card, then this one should work:

Intel AX210 Wi-Fi 6E 2x2 AX + Bluetooth 5.2 M.2 2230 non-vPro   HP part # M27269-005.

Thanks for the prompt help.

At the moment, there is a Realtek rtl8822be adapter.

It turns out that I can also supply Realtek rtl8852ce or ax210ngw?

Which one would you recommend rtl8852ce or ax210ngw?

You're very welcome.

I'd get the AX210 without hesitation.

If you read all of the posts on this forum regarding issues with the Realtek AX Wi-Fi cards, you will see what I mean.
