HP x360 1030 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Community, hello hp guys.

We use since short time a x360 HP 1030 G2   typ Z2W66EA ABD notebook. It is prepared with a

HP It4132 LTE/HSPA+ 4G with GPS M.2 WWAN module.

At the left side of the book is the SIM card slot. But this slot is not empty. There is a piece of plastic. All what I have try to remove was push it in with my fingernail, push it in with a little screwdriver, with a pencil but this dummy dont jump out.

i have study the manual, (there is the description to push for jump out)  searching in forums, but didnt find a solution.

So I don´t know what i can do, to remove it for insert my micro SIM to use the LTE Funktion.

Has anybody a solution ?
