Hi!

I have an issue with my Bluetooth. It's not appear in tray, settings, device manager and wherever else.

device_manager.png

Windows diagnostic result is "Bluetooth not connected to computer"

Device: Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 (both Wi-Fi and BT)

I tried to:

1) Updated lastest drivers for BT, network controller, Wi-Fi

2) Reinstalled Windows

3) Replaced chip to another one (7265NG -> 7265NGW)

It's happened after driver pack updating.

It seems to me no power to BT module, although I don't have any problems with WiFi (this is same chip).

Maybe I installed wrong driver for something and driver disable power BT and waiting that user will enable by button (I don't have special fn button for Bluetooth) or something else

Maybe anyone know some solution?

I have solved my issue, the problem was in Device Manager -> USB -> blink bluetooth 5.1 device

I deleted device from Device Manager and BT became is avalible.

Maybe it can help anybody.
