HP Pavilion - 15-cc102tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am not able to connect to wifi on my laptop since last 2 days. Its a HP Pavilion - 15-cc102tx laptop.

I have checked network connectivity over wired ethernet & it works correctly &  I am able to connect to the same Wi-Fi network using other laptops / mobile phones.

when I run the trouble shooter it shows "there might be a problem with the driver for Wi-Fi adapter" message but it does not solve the issue

I have also checked windows updates to check if this solve the issue

I also tried uninstalling the driver "Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265" but that has not worked either

I have run the HP assistance service which prompted me to download WAN driver & install it. tried that option as well which did not work
