Well I'll leave here what device is which is an hp laptop 15-da0xxx

So using the charger cable of my phone and this same I connected it and used it as a type of bridge to have connection and download the driver or adapter from the same page of Hp but there was only for Windows 10 and my laptop has the 11 in the same way I downloaded it and I did what was supposed and when I restarted it again it still did not come out,  Also use the command prompt (CMD) and you didn't find any corrupt files. Now I don't know if I have to look for the same controller that it came up in the device manager, look for one that is for Windows 11 or that this is already a problem of some physical component of the laptop?

Hi @Bubbles_612,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for sharing the details and the screenshot. It’s very helpful. Here’s what I see and what it means:

What the Screenshot Shows

  • Under Network Adapters, I see:
    • Microsoft Kernel Debug Network Adapter
    • Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter #5 & #6
    • Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller (Ethernet)
    • Realtek RTL8723DE 802.11b/g/n PCIe Adapter (Wi-Fi)
  • Under Bluetooth, I see:
    • Realtek Bluetooth 4.2 Adapter

This means Windows still detects the hardware IDs for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, but the fact that they intermittently disappear and now fail to work suggests either:

  • Driver corruption or incompatibility with Windows 11
  • Hardware degradation of the Realtek combo card (Wi-Fi + Bluetooth)
  • Power management or BIOS issue is disabling the card

Why Your Steps Didn’t Work

  • Installing Windows 10 drivers on Windows 11 often fails because of driver signature enforcement and kernel changes.
  • Restarting WLAN services won’t help if the adapter itself is not enumerating properly at the hardware level.

Recommended Fix

  1. Update BIOS
    • Go to the HP 15-da0xxx Support Page and install the latest BIOS. This often restores proper PCIe device initialization.

  2. Clean Install Correct Drivers
    • Download Windows 11 Realtek Wireless LAN Driver (or the latest Windows 10 driver if HP doesn’t list Win11Windows Update usually pulls the right one.
    • Uninstall the current Realtek Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers from Device Manager.
    • Restart and install the downloaded drivers.

  3. Disable Fast Startup
    • In Control Panel → Power Options → Choose what the power buttons do → Turn off Fast Startup.
    • This prevents PCIe devices from failing to reinitialize after sleep/hibernate.

  4. Check BIOS Wireless Settings
    • Enter BIOS (press Esc → F10 at startup).
    • Ensure Wireless LAN and Bluetooth are enabled.

  5. Run HP Hardware Diagnostics
    • Press Esc → F2 at startup.
    • Run Component Tests → Wireless Module.
    • If it fails, the card is likely defective.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
